Mannelli Farm.

The Giulio Mannelli agricultural company manages the entire production chain of the oil by personally controlling all preparatory operations from fertilization (strictly organic) to pruning, to all processes, which take place exclusively within the company’s oil mill. A state-of-the-art plant that allows a continuous-cycle milling line with cold extraction and constant monitoring of temperatures at all stages, optimizing processing times to benefit the final quality of the oil obtained.
